Hello, Hurt/Comfort creator! Thank you for offering one of my beloved couples.

What I like most about hurt/comfort is tenderness, but I like all kinds of tenderness--it can be soft and soothing, or a begrudging flashing out of unexpected caring under a resentful exterior, hurriedly covered up. It's most iddy to me when there is love under it, acknowledged or not, and when the recipient of the comfort realises through it that they are loved. It's especially good if the comforted one tries to resist, out of stoicism, self-sacrifice, feelings of unworthiness, resentment, being enemies, wanting to be the one looking after the other, or other reasons, but then falls into the comfort.

It's important to me that you have fun, so if you have an inspiration I haven't prompted that you want to go with, as long as it respects my DNWs and matches one of my tags, then please feel free to follow it.

I welcome any tense, any rating, any POV, any format.
